Delivering You Justice

About Us

Wil Flores dedicated his life to serving the public. Wil Flores, P.A. is ready to go to bat for anyone in their time of need whether it be in an injury case or their defense against the State’s prosecution.

If you or someone you know believes they have been injured at the hands of another, compensation may be available. Whether it be an auto accident, a trucking accident, a trip and fall, a wrongful death, or some other circumstance, the firm prides itself on fighting to put the client as close to the position that they were in before the accident. In a perfect world, our service would include a time machine that would take the client back in time just before the accident. Because we can’t, our team goes to work each day to hold the responsible party accountable and give our clients the resources they need to try and put their lives back together after a terrible loss.

It is no secret that to be human, is to err. This is certainly true of state officials, whether it be police officers or the prosecutors. However, an error on behalf of the state does not mean that you or someone you know deserves to have their freedoms restricted. Our team closely examines all circumstances surrounding a client’s arrest and prosecution to ensure that their rights have been upheld at all stages.

Wil Flores, PA Lawyer in Tampa

William J. Flores was born and raised in Pinellas County, Florida. Throughout his undergraduate studies and law school, Wil Flores maintained his dream of starting his own firm and building his own legacy right after he completed his education. The firm was started on January 21, 2015, just about four months after passing the Florida Bar Exam and becoming a licensed attorney. This is a highly uncommon and difficult path for most young lawyers to take.

In the first few months of practice, Wil had to have a second job delivering pizzas just to make ends meet while he was building his clientele. These humble beginnings provided the inspiration for the firm’s slogan, “Delivering You Justice”. After working seven days a week, putting in countless hours, and building his skills throughout the initial years, Wil Flores, P.A. has grown tremendously.

Now, years later and after recovering millions for his clients, Wil has grown into a highly respected attorney around the Tampa Bay area.

Wil obtained his LL.M. in Trial Advocacy at Stetson University College of Law, and practices in the areas of Insurance Litigation, Personal Injury, and Criminal Defense throughout the state of Florida.

Wil’s passion for his clients is only rivaled by his work ethic.

“Every legal issue has it’s own unique circumstances. It’s our job to manage the process effectively and make sure that your unique circumstances are recognized and delivered."

William is an excellent criminal defense attorney who is very professional, courteous, and outgoing for his clients. He is very prompt with legal documents, motions, phone calls, and visitations for his clients if incarcerated. Will is just as apt in the courtroom delivering a professional, assertive representation for criminal defense. I would recommend him to a person I knew in need of a lawyer without any doubt. Thanks once again William.
